Visual Arts
The Visual Arts program helps students expand their creativity and knowledge through the making of art, discussion, critique, and observation. They develop critical thinking skills, learn about creative problem solving, fundamental theory, and historical perspective to strengthen their critical and creative thinking skills. Students examine a wide range of digital and traditional technique methods to create concept based artwork. Students’ interests in individual art forms and exploration of future careers in the arts are encouraged.

Testimonials:
"I gained a broader perspective and understanding of the arts in both philosophical and practical ways. It helped prepare me for a university setting by keeping deadlines, high expectations, and substantial real-world projects."

"I never thought i'd be doing the things I'm doing, I was expecting more basic art like drawing, painting and ceramics but it went way beyond my expectations."
